Terms
● When you first get into contact with me, before any bookings are confirmed I will ask for you to fill-out a form with your details & information about your pet/s. Once this has been filled out, signed and emailed back to me, we can arrange a meet-and-greet, if you have a particularly nervous/anxious animal then it may be that they'll require more than one meeting in advance to the sit/drop-in visit or walk 🐾
● On the day of the meet-and-greet, we will go over all things about your pet/s and arrangements. As well as getting to meet me in person, and I, you and your companions to see how they interact with me and if I am a good fit for them! If all goes well and dates are confirmed, I will have you fill out a Veterinary release form. This can be done during the meet-and-greet or afterwards. This form must be filled out before the dates of the sit/drop-in visit
● Full payments must be paid on the day before the sit, I will accept it earlier too. Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal or cash. For dog walks, payment can be made on the day of the walk, if multiple walks are booked than this can be paid upfront for the week.
● All customers must provide all items necessary for your pets to be cared for in your absence (Food, medication, leads, tags, harnesses, cat litter etc)
● The customer must provide an emergency name and contact, which will be in one of the sections on the very first form I have you fill out (These are to make emergency decisions on your behalf if I am unable to contact you) If both contacts are not reachable than I, at Critters and Purrs reserves the right to consult a veterinary clinic and make a decision that'll be in the best interest of your pet.
● The customer will be responsible for any Veterinarian bills, which will need to be paid while under my care.
● I ask that you make me aware of any changes and cancellations that occur as soon as possible.
● For dog walks, I will apply personal judgement to stop a walk or cut them short due to extreme weather conditions for the safety of your pet.
Conditions
● Critters and Purrs must be alerted of any behavioural problems of your pet/s at the time of booking (Will be added in to the form I will have you fill out on first contact) This is so I can be prepared for in advance and to figure the best way in how I will interact with your pet/s whilst you are away.
● Critters and Purrs will care for your animal/s as you would, fulfilling their daily routines and meeting their needs. Making every effort to make sure your pet is well cared for and happy in your absence. Each day/visit/walk i will update you with pictures and videos
● Customer confidentiality will be maintained at all times and customer details will be kept in a private place, used solely for the care of your pet/s
● You will be notified of any occurances regarding the pet/s.
● All dogs must be fully vaccinated. Both cats and dogs must be up to date with flea and worming
